Forex Account Withdrawals & Internal Transfers
Checks and Wires: The daily deadline to request a check or wire is 11:00 a.m. PST online or by fax. To submit a request, log in and click the online check or wire request button on the "Withdraw Funds" page or simply print and fax us a withdrawal request form to (310) 356-3115.
Note: Withdrawal requests must match the account title contained at the firm, we are unable to process wires to third party beneficiaries. All withdrawal requests may be subject to phone verification prior to transferring funds.
You can also transfer funds between forex accounts by completing and returning an Internal Transfer Request form.

IRA Accounts: Review instructions at http://www.mbtrading.com/fx/ira.asp. Do not submit an online or faxed withdrawal request.
Withdrawal Request and Internal Transfers received by 2pm EST can be processed that day (unless FAQ #2 below applies).

- "How do I withdraw funds from my account?"
You can log into your account via the Log In link at the top of the page, select "Account", "Manage", and then "Check Request" or "Wire Request". You can also complete the withdrawal request form and fax it to 310-356-3115.

"I submitted a withdrawal request. Why haven't the funds been sent?"
Please review your emails or log into your account via the "Log In" link above to see if there is a ticket in your account explaining why you have not received funds yet. Some reasons why funds are not sent include:
- Settlement Period: There is a two day settlement period on trades placed in Forex accounts before funds are available for withdrawal. If you closed a position today consuming the funds you wish to withdraw, the funds will not be available to receive for two business days.
- Verification: We need to verify that the account owner is submitting the request. Please contact us at 1-866-558-3342 to answer the security question(s) in order for funds to be released.
- Insufficient or Incorrect Information: Additional information is needed in order for us to process your request. Please contact us at 1-866-558-3342 or email us at fxcashiering@mbtrading.com to provide this information. We will not process Third Party request. We will not send funds to a different mailing address than the one on file.
- Recent Deposit: All check deposits are subject to 10 day business hold before the funds can be withdrawn.
- "How long does it take receive funds?"
Domestic wires can take up to 48 hours to receive. Some international wires take longer than 72 hours. Many domestic checks take at least a week to reach their destination. If you have not received the funds after the above time periods, please contact us.
